doug_BIODouglas Fixell  President / Managing Partner / New Business Development

Mr. Fixell holds a Masters in Business Administration from New York University and has been a partner in the business since 1989.  In 1996, the partners made Doug the president of the company, and he has been instrumental in DCI’s steady growth over the last seventeen years, culminating in the move to the new state-of-the-art facilities in 2012.  In addition to serving as president, Mr. Fixell is the Director of New Business Development and has been instrumental in the acquisition many current clients including Schneider Electric, Ferrari, Maserati, Sony, and Merck.

bob_BIORobert W. Sneed  Partner / Vice President, Multimedia Technologies

Since earning his BS from Brown University, Mr. Sneed has been involved in the broadcast and multimedia industry for the past 25 years. Before joining Dimensional, he served as Executive Vice President and partner at KBI Systems where he was instrumental in the advancement of interactive technology and program development. In 1992, Bob joined the company as Vice President of Multimedia Technologies, and has since been an innovative pioneer in the interactive video industry.

steve_BIOSteve Wietzke  Partner / Vice President, Production

Mr. Wietzke joined the company in 1980 as a journeyman carpenter and a field supervisor. In 1987, he was promoted to Shop Operations Manager and in 1996 he became a partner and Vice President of Production. Steve is highly experienced in all aspects of exhibits and events including on-site supervision, production management, and project leader in charge of handling major exhibits.

BurtG_BIO 2Robert M. Galbraith  Partner / Director of Account Management and IT

After receiving his BFA from the Rochester Institute of Technology, Mr. Galbraith spent 10 years at a competing exhibit company where his responsibilities included operations, production, and account management. He joined DCI in 1997 as Senior Account Executive. His range of expertise includes project management, development of new exhibits, exploration of new technologies, and budget analysis. In 2001, he became a partner and took on the added responsibility of managing the company’s internal IT systems and marketing.

kathy_BIOKathleen M. Consigli  Partner / Senior Account Manager

Ms. Consigli joined the company in 1973.  She garnered hands-on experience in all aspects of a growing exhibit house:  sales, marketing and public relations campaigns, trade show industry communications, and account management.  In 1985, she became a full time Account Manager with a diversified portfolio of clients.

Glenn DiGiacinto  Senior Production Manager

Mr. DiGiacinto joined Dimensional in 1988 as a Production Manager, having previously worked for many years in the tradeshow and exhibit industry.  Glenn’s training as a draftsman gives him the unique ability to visualize concepts and find unique ways to transform them into realities.  He now holds the title of Senior Production Manger and is instrumental in auto shows and other major events.

Gary Fredriksen  Senior Account Executive

Mr. Fredriksen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Wayne State University and a Master of Fine Arts from the City University of NY, Hunter College.  He has been involved in the exhibit industry for 22 years and his expertise includes interpretive museum environments, multimedia interactives, corporate interiors, retail environments and trade shows.  He has worked with NASA, Astra Zeneca, Schneider Electric, Nike, and Quest Diagnostics among others.  Gary is also a part time faculty at Parsons School for design, in NYC where he teaches 3D design in the foundation program.

Starting immediately after his graduation with a BS from the University of Richmond, Rob spent 19 years working in the event and trade show marketing field in various senior level capacities. His vast experience includes coordination, implementation and supervision of hundreds of events, including auto shows, trade shows, grassroots golf programs, PGA sponsorship activations, Formula One sponsorship activations, and numerous cultural events. He has been with DCI since 2010.

Mr. Truslowe holds a BS Degree from Saint Joseph’s University.  Upon graduation from college, Rob worked for over 6 years at a major advertising agency where he managed operational logistics for numerous sports and lifestyle marketing programs.  These responsiblities included budgeting, planning, and the full exectuion of 6-8 national event programs each year.  His duties also included product launches, collateral development, and supervison of special events and sponsorships.  Mr. Truslowe joined DCI in 2012.

Kevin Taylor  Account Manager

Mr. Taylor holds a BS Degree in Business Management from Rowan University and a Masters in Sports Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Since graduating he has worked in corporate sales for the Philadelphia Eagles and with a major marketing agency, both in the area of sports marketing.  Kevin joined DCI in the spring of 2014 as an Account Manager and plays an important role in the management and coordination of shows and events with our major automotive clients.

Jays pick (3)Jay Scordato  Director, New Business Development

After attending Towson State University, Mr. Scordato worked in the hi-tech field specializing in new business acquisition and network design consulting. Most recently he spent eight years as an Executive Exhibit Consultant for a competing exhibit company, where he was responsible for design consultation and new business development.  Jay joined DCI in 2015 as a Director, New Business Development, bringing with him 17 years of experience including project management, and account management, with particular expertise in sales and sales implementation strategy.

Brian Doyle_BIOBrian Doyle  Senior Account Executive / New Business Development

Brian joined DCI in 2012 and has acquired expertise in interactive multimedia, corporate interiors, and custom trade show exhibits. Besides his work in New Business Development, he works on the Disney, Mindray, and Esurance accounts where he is integral to their event marketing and strategic planning/execution.  A graduate of Emerson College, Brian earned his BS in Marketing Communications and came to us after working on the agency side where he specialized in outdoor and non-traditional advertising.

Marek Wojcik  Information Technology and Multimedia Manager

Mr. Wojcik joined DCI in 2003 as IT and Multimedia Manager.  Before joining DCI, Marek earned an MS Degree at Wroclaw University of Technology in Poland and worked for many years as Network System Engineer at a NYC-based systems integrator supporting multiple clients in the financial industry.  His areas of expertise include project management, business applications, Internet B2B and B2C services, multimedia applications, internet technology, network security, and business IT support.

Carl Czarnomski  Design Director / Senior Exhibit Designer

Mr. Czarnomski holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design degree from Pratt Institute, and has been with Dimensional since 2001.  He oversees the Design Department and provides overall creative direction as well as monitoring day-to-day scheduling and coordination.  Previous to his employment at DCI, Carl worked as a designer and model builder for an exhibit & architectural firm, as well as working as a Senior Exhibit Designer for a major design & consulting firm in NYC handling clients such as NEC America, SONY, and General Electric.

don_BIODon Peterson  Graphics Design and Production Director

After earning a BS in Commercial Design at St. Thomas Aquinas, Mr. Peterson joined DCI as a junior graphic designer in 1989. In 1995, he was promoted to Graphics Director. Don has been a consummate force in the development of the department and has successfully implemented cutting-edge technologies into the design process. He has enabled DCI to expand its in-house capabilities to include the production of large format inkjet prints, backlit graphic displays, banners, silk screening and other technologies.

Joe Tedesco  Graphics Designer

Mr. Tedesco first joined DCI in 2004 as an intern in the Graphics Department. Later that same year, he joined the staff full time after earning his BS degree in Graphic Design from St. Thomas Aquinas College. In his time at DCI, his responsibilities have expanded beyond graphics design to include large format print production, multimedia design, video production, web design, and various marketing initiatives.
