Challenge: Create an interactive user experience for Schneider’s potential and existing customers at its conferences and events.
DCI Solution: Our design team set out to design visually appealing and functional kiosks that are easily installed, transported and dismantled, but can withstand the rigors of shipping and multiple events. What resulted were 20 ergonomically-designed custom metal kiosks each with high quality painted finish done in our state of the art paint shop. What really makes these kiosks special is the technology and programming DCI integrated into each one. The custom program provides Schneider with a highly effective engagement tool through the use of games like puzzles and quizzes but also enables the company to show the full breadth of its offerings using applications that show company videos, product spec sheets and corporate presentations. By integrating RFID technology we took the program to the next level allowing the client to collect attendee information and attendees to send themselves information right from the show floor. The program has been an enormous success and has spread throughout multiple business units within Schneider Electric. So much so, they have developed their own name “The Personal Digital Experience”.
