Client: Creative Collective Group
Project: American Express Fraud Squad event space and mobile exhibit
Location: New York, Atlanta, Miami and Houston
Designers: Creative Collective Group / Dimensional Communications
Challenge: Create an event space, interactive media and a mobile exhibit to help American Express introduce new credit card fraud protection measures to small merchants across the United States.
DCI Solution: Portions of the event space were designed to feel like the interior of a retail space, with mullioned windows and large photographs of “customers.” Graphics with “Spreading the word about a more secure way to pay – The Fraud Squad.” were used to reinforce the message.
At the point-of-sale terminals, visitors experienced an interactive multi-touch demonstration, based on our CAPTIVATE software, that explained how the new, secure chip-based card technology works, and its benefits for businesses.
Finally, DCI designed everything – inside and out – for a 38-foot RV that AMEX took on the road to share their message about more secure transactions with small businesses all across the country. The vehicle was completely wrapped with custom graphics, and featured point-of-sale demo stations, and interactive multimedia.
