The new Bell Labs Technology Showcase in Murray Hill, NJ is a multimedia and artifact rich experience that brings to life the brilliant inventions and discoveries made by Bell Labs researchers over the past century, and explores the way we will communicate in the future.
Designed by LSC Experience Services and produced by Dimensional Communications, this 3,000 square foot space includes such unique artifacts as the first telephone, the original transistor, and a Telstar satellite, as well as the human stories of the thinkers and researchers who continue to achieve and push the boundaries of science and technology.
Perhaps Gee Rittenhouse, head of Bell Labs Research, said it best: Whats going on in todays Bell Labs is really about people collaborating and innovating to create a better future. The exhibit captures that essence.
