A financial services giant and a fine artist do not make for the most natural of marriages. Yet American Express wanted to celebrate its connection with artist Annie Leibovitz by launching a traveling exhibition of her work. To embody The Moderns’ design, Dimensional staged the paintings and other works within pod structures made of aluminum frame and covered with white sheer fabric. The effect of the vast, raised natural-wood floor, signage, graphics, and display cases augmented the breadth and depth of the artist’s work. Dimensional installed and coordinated this impressive exhibit for display throughout the world.
